A new family was born.
Congratulations~~!!
It's better because the babies(Aben and Sylvie Wren) are all healthy.
Aven looks like Naughty boy, Sylvie Wren is a girl, she's so cute.
It feels good to see your family all healthy and happy.

1. We would like to choose 9 of your recommended treks.
- Willamette Pass to Santiam Pass (150 km): goes around very large lake and through two mountain wilderness areas (famous three sisters and Mt. Washington) ( I am guess that this is the most beautiful hike)
- Santiam Pass to Timothy Lake (155 km): goes though Mt Jefferson wilderness and ends on Mt Hood.
When I read it in the book Wild, the course from the Three Sisters to Mt Hood was the most attractive.

2. Airport name is PDX airport? Portland?
What airport should I choose to book at Incheon International Airport?

3. Our trekking period is probably between mid-July and mid-August.
I will search and find out the date on which the airplane value is relatively cheap ^ ^
(I do not know whether it was translated properly because of the difficult English, please understand it like a cake ^^)

4. We want you to make plans and, if possible, a map with the main course we want (we have a map of Korea)

5. From the airport to the trekking course, after trekking and how to get to the airport, you will have to think slowly with your help.

I have been doing this since before, but between Korea and Japan these days are not very good. The Japanese Alps trekking is scheduled next week. I am not comfortable with my mind. I'll be waiting for your mail.

Here is some information about the Oregon section of the PCT:

1. depending on the area and the year, there may still be snow in June. July-August is a good target.
2. I have quite a lot of flexibility with job and family and should be able to join you for at least some of your hike and help you to figure out drop off and pick up at start and end points. Just let me know as soon as you book tickets so I can get it on the family calendar.
3. At 12 days and 150 km, that is about 15 k a day with two days built in for rest, side trips or unforeseen events. That seems like a good schedule.
4. With a personal shuttle, there are lots of different ways to hike 150 km
5. The most famous of our mountains is Mt. Hood. Would you like to include that in your itinerary?
6. Does it matter the difficulty of the trail?
7. It is probably cheapest to fly in and out of PDX (Portland) airport (it is international airport, and you may fly straight there from Korea...but your flight may instead come through LAX international airport or SEATTLE). From PDX, your drive to the trail head could be several hours or may take a whole day.  If you are trying to save time, then you might want to add a flight that gets to an airport nearer to your starting point.
8. Keep in mind that if you are hiking near lakes, mosquitoes can be terrible!!!
9. Here are some possible routes:
- Willamette Pass to Santiam Pass (150 km): goes around very large lake and through two mountain wilderness areas (famous three sisters and Mt. Washington) ( I am guess that this is the most beautiful hike)
- Santiam Pass to Timothy Lake (155 km): goes though Mt Jefferson wilderness and ends on Mt Hood.
10. These are general Ideas. With a good map, there are ways to change the ends of the trail to a certain degree.
11. When you choose a section, we will need to look into permits.

I very much look forward to hiking in Oregon with you!
